2. Prior to commencement of works, G. S. Developments Ltd confirm agreed costs and payment method.
3. Any additional costs will be agreed and confirmed in writing by both parties.
4. Public liability insurance cover is held by G. S. Developments Ltd.
5. All works undertaken are carried out by suitably qualified personnel.
6. The customer will always be informed of any delays to the completion of any work.
